Organic Pasta

Mom was Italian. We take pasta seriously. When her parents came from Calabria about 100 years ago, I’m quite sure they made everything from scratch, using what they had in the garden – what was in season. These days we’re lucky enough to have some high quality organic pastas and organic pasta sauces that help make a pasta dinner one of the most satisfying, most economical, and most convenient meals you can feed your family.

In Italy there’s an old monastery and farm on 480 acres of pristine mountaintop overlooking the Adriatic Sea. It’s been around since 1388. This is where Montebello Artisan Pastas come from.
